How our free timeshare for sale by owner service works:
Your free timeshare for sale by owner listing will market your timeshare with a professionally designed web page featuring a detailed description of the resort and the surrounding area, vivid pictures, details of the sale, and an area for your potential buyers to contact us with offers and questions they may have. All offers will be submitted to you for your review.

When we find a buyer, we will take care of the entire transfer of ownership process, including Escrow, Preparing and Recording the new deed of ownership, and notifying the resort and / or exchange companies.

Fees / Commissions:
There are no up front out of pocket fees required to list your timeshare for sale with us. Your timeshare will be listed for sale with us until sold. There is a 20% or $1,500.00 minimum commission at time of sale only if we bring you the buyer. (If the sales price is less than $3,000 commission is 50% of sales price.)

The buyer typically pays all fees associated with the transfer of ownership including closing, escrow, applicable resort transfer fees, recording fees, and usually the maintenance fee associated with first available use.

You have the right to cancel your listing agreement with us at any time. If you sell your timeshare on your own you owe us no commissions; All that we ask is that you let us know if your timeshare is no longer available for sale.
