After you have sent us your deeding information,
we need a minimum deposit to open escrow and
reserve your unit; full amount due must be
deposited in escrow before completing the
processing your transfer of ownership. Most
of our clients use a credit card for their
deposit, paying the remaining balance by check
or money order; some clients choose to pay
the full amount of their purchase by check.
